Pound Sign (#) In Address Field Does Not Dispaly Correctly

If you have a standard ASP.NET text box that takes an address (for example:  Apartment #1) and another text box that re-displays the address...  The pound sign in the text box will get re-displayed in another text box as "Apartment $#35;1" when you use the AntiXSS.HtmlEncode method.

Hi,

TextBox controls in ASP.NET already encode data, thus you don’t need to encode data when using it in a textbox.

Thanks
